The Cat® SIS2GO app helps you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your Cat equipment.

Two levels of SIS2GO access are available:
• Cat Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals, and the ability to identify, verify and seamlessly order Cat parts from independent Cat dealers are available to all users at no charge.

• An affordable monthly or annual subscription (offered by Caterpillar) gives access to comprehensive Cat Service Manual information. The subscription provides troubleshooting guides, step-by-step repair procedures, tooling information, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and more. Access to service manual information in SIS2GO is included with a SIS 2.0 subscription (offered by Cat dealers).

Optimized for mobile devices, SIS2GO offers a simple, intuitive, and efficient user interface to access Service, Parts, and Operation and Maintenance Manual information. SIS2GO downloaded content is accessible whether you’re connected or not, so you can rely on SIS2GO even when working on the most remote job site.

This app was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Now, it no longer updates machine information. Download makes it to 44% and then just sits there. I've tried it numerous times. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps. So, as of right now, this app is totally useless! Edit: This latest update fixed the issue I was having. Thanks!

Garbage service. I tried to get a subscription for the service data for one of our loaders, I selected the 938 and paid for the sub, but the app subscribed me to a different machine that I don't have downloaded on my phone. spent 45 minutes with customer service and got nothing out of them. They claimed it had to go through my local dealership, and they couldn't contact them. I called the dealership and they have no one to deal with the SIS app.

I downloaded this app while in the CAT app. app will not open. I uninstall and added it again. still nothing. I either get a white screen or the SISGO main page with no further pages. have wasted an hour and still can't see parts for my machine!
