Food? Great. App and website? Buggy. Fresh install, never had it installed before on any device. Created account yesterday. Today, I tried to enter debit card info, not to make a payment, but to save it to my account, and I got an error that there was a problem processing my payment. I wasn't making a payment, I was just adding a card to save. I tried placing an order thinking maybe it needed to actually try processing a payment, but nope, same error. I've seen many others with the same issue.

App is alright but could easily be improved. The worst thing about it is how slow it is. It took me 6 minutes to order food with the minimum amount of inputs I could do for a bowl and side. This app is slower than whataburger's app, if that gives some context. The rewards program significantly improved recently, and I love the food, so it is not all bad. If you have little patience then I wouldn't bother with this app. I also get signed out more often than not. Would be 4.5 *s if faster.

I downloaded the app due to a poor experience on the website. I tried 3 different times to modify a standard menu item after it had been added to my cart, and doing so cleared my cart. I came to download the app thinking this would be a much easier experience. I was wrong. Same issue. I guess because I didnt have an account the app decided to wipe my cart when I tried to change something. Uninstalled this App ASAP after finally ordering my food.
