Ratings and reviews

Dev team is responsive to issues (though the app still reflects some of my original complaints). So running better, without crashing. Loyalty points still not allowing correctly in the app (however when ported out to the web to order the points are there). The app doesn't have true functionality, as you utilize the website to order

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Clunky and sloppy. Their account creation and login is a joke. You can't bypass account creation if somehow your phone number was used before. Can't reset it to a different email. Can't create a new one if the phone number is being used somewhere else, and the account depends on your phone number. Can't even check out as guest. It shouldn't be this much work to order a pizza in 2024 on an app.

app is not user friendly when it comes to customizing a pizza and having to store credit card info on file is certainly a deterrent.
