Ratings and reviews

While Chewy does carry a wide variety of cat food, you CANNOT blow up the photos of their products on their ap at all. It's like standing in an aisle of catfood trying to read the teeny tiny 1pt font on the cans without your glasses. You either have to take the extra step of making screenshots of each product then blowing them up in your photo gallery to read them - or simply guess what might be included in a variety pack. Only 2 stars until Chewy fixes this issue.

The app is fine. You can generally find things okay and do your shopping. However, there is an infuriating bug where if you defocus the app for even a moment it reloads everything. Meaning if you need to check out with PayPal and have 2FA, it's near impossible to do. You have to use split screen and hope you have enough screen real estate to see everything.

I absolutely love love Chewy. Customer Service are 1000% awesome. They go above and beyond. Their app is really easy to use. I do autoship once every 5 to 6 weeks and they do it automatically so I don't need to worry about my order. And if I don't need something I have the option of skipping an item, and their prices are less than retail. I have 4 cats and when their birthday comes up, Chewy sends a birthday card. Chewy is a win win with me.
