Seems high in sodium for some meals. Only suggests one recipe option per day. I would like to be able to substitute things for foods I do not like. Many of the recipies are not recipes. Listing "Turkey Meatloaf" is not a recipe...

I love the app but I wish it had some type of addition that includes the days I am off work because I have Friday & Saturdays off so I can't do my bulk shopping. So I will have to stay a week behind & take pictures of the weeks & days for the diet to meal prep as well.
