Hi, I would have given the app a better review since the app is good and the network is stable. I find the app easy to operate but I don't know what is wrong with my corporate data as any data I buy, the money will be deducted and my account will not be credited with the data and the money will not be refunded. Please I would appreciate if something is done about it.

Hi,I made a transaction on my opay to credit my at pay wallet,I went to repeat the same transaction with the account number I was given first,but when I made the transaction,I didn't get credited for like 24 hours now,but when I went back to copy,the account number isn't the same. Please help me,I have been trying to write a complaint in the app but when it takes me to Whatsapp,it won't bring out anything for a page or help center. Please help out.

I have been using this app for a long time 6 months at least and I trusted it, but I was heart broken, I wasn't aware that an app maintenance was going on, and I tried to credit my wallet with my usual account details, it's a week now that payment has not reflected on my wallet and it really hurt and there no customer care to listen and resolve my cry. I no longer trust the app since my money has not reflected on my wallet.
