1-Dave is not a bank. Banking services provided by Evolve Bank and Trust, Member FDIC, or another partner bank, which issues the Dave Debit Card through a license from Mastercard®. ExtraCash amounts range from $25-$500, typically approved in 5 min, with an overdraft fee equal to the greater of $5 or 5%. Multiple overdrafts may be required. Not all members qualify for ExtraCash and few qualify for $500. ExtraCash is repayable on demand. Must open an ExtraCash overdraft deposit account and Dave Checking account. Up to $5 monthly membership fee for ExtraCash, Income Opportunity Services, and Financial Management Services. Optional 1.5% fee for external debit card transfers.

The worst app I've ever used. I've been struggling to transfer my money out of this app for almost an hour because everything i try doesnt work. Im pretty much going to have to take an L with getting my money back. The amount of fees are absolutely ridiculous. Just save yourself the wasted money and use a real banking app like Cashapp or Current. neither charge fees and both pay early.

this app is terrible. I have had nothing but issues since I tried to sign up. After I put my phone number in it's sends a code and I put in exactly what the code is and it keeps saying it's wrong. Multiple times resending it. This same thing happen 2 years ago. I just can't get signed up for nothing. Support sends you the same emails requesting the same info: DL, paystub and all and still have issues. What is the problem.

They have much better support than they used to. BIG plus. My only real gripe with the app now is that I risked an overdraft at my bank when the advance settlement occurred. My check doesn't hit my account until 8 am. Dave starts trying to settle at the stroke of midnight. There's no way to change the time or schedule a time for the settlement to occur. Hopefully they fix that, too. Then I can feel secure in using all of its features more often. Don't tip. It doesn't go to hungry ppl
