Unable to connect to the video server” — this message keeps appearing repeatedly, and it also keeps telling me to use another device. But I want to clearly mention that I’m using a latest 5G phone with high-speed Wi-Fi. So the issue is definitely from your server side. Please fix this. If there are so many problems just while opening a savings account, I’m now worried whether there will be more issues after the account is opened. I’m even starting to doubt how secure this bank is

Always out of service. After app update the is not working. It says service temporary unavailable. It lasts for more than two days. If I reinstall the app it is working fine but I have to re login again
