update: I raised the concern by sending an email as you people suggested 10days ago but till now there is no response this show how lazy your banking operations are They are providing the loan through cred app without latest kyc details once loan got disturbed they start irritating customers regarding re-kyc when we opt loan everything is online but for re-kyc we need to reach nearest branch this is ridiculous i dont have option to mark negative if i have providing so

the app is closed for maintenance quite often; there are multiple steps to be done to complete UPI payments and transfers (unlike my other bank and UPI apps); and in the 2 months I've had it, I've had to uninstall and install 3 times whenever my mobile phone gets some sort of update as it thinks it's been downloaded into a new device.
