The hotline service is terrible. They delay in replying by so many minutes and if our reply is delayed by even a minute, they close the chat with a note saying seems like you are no longer interested. Very poor service. This is my 4th attempt and I am still waiting! I'm trying to buy 3 smart watches and they payment link won't work. Seems like they do not want the business!

worst service from xcite. actually I'm trying to purchase a Lenovo tablet. and it's in offer price. while I'm going to select payment mode it's not gonna open the payment portal. so U guys don't want to sell the items means y U are advertising in social meadias...???
