It's ok for the most part , but then there's lots of times the app crashes and it's frustrating cuz u can't do anything, check ur balances , transfer money or simply just to get into the main app, it's a great bank with a solid foundation and has served our family for over 9 years , thus far , hopefully someday soon they will get an App that's strong and doesn't require maintenance or technical difficulty issues every week , and sometimes having to wait the whole weekend to get it resolved

Mobile banking is difficult due to bank requirements of what needs written on the back. The app doesn't notify of what is needed until after the deposit was attempted. This makes it difficult to correct due to space limitations. I have never seen a bank need a customer to write the bank name on the back. Usually with other banks it is the account number and name.

Easy to use, haven't had any major issues, and minor issues are taken care of quickly and efficiently by the bank. I do wish it worked for business accounts, also.
