Ratings and reviews

I like the convenience of the app. But I am having lots of issues. I keep getting an error message when I try to look at my trips. Also, if I'm able to look at my rides, it will say the bus is near. But when I click on the map, it says the bus is unavailable, but it's on the way. This is getting very frustrating.

The service L.E.T.S provides is 5 stars because it makes living in my county much easier, because a bus service that is so cheap and will pick you up at your house like uber, is incredibly convenient. I've held down jobs because of this. The app on the other hand is in my opinion, not optimized well at all. If you don't do things just right it will crash on you. Atleast for android anyways. And it's not my device as it has storage and more than normal RAM. If this changes i will change my review
