Terrible Customer service which is an essential part of any financial institution to feel safe about purchasing and putting my money in it. I have had errors that i called the call center and kept waiting more than 16mins on hold and no one answered back as all agents were busy. On email they dont reply and on Social media they dont reply.

It is no joke when the app makes an error and gets you to pay the same installment twice. This should not happen at all. I no longer trust paying through the app. Other than that,I would have given the app 4 stars but I cannot in the light of this problem

after the latest update, not working with error 3, incompatible with my note 9 android 10, the only app which doesn't work, my phone isn't rooted and all banking apps are working well! I hope you're able to resolve it! Video sent, no reply, you simply don't care!
