Extremely frustrating experience. I tried opening an account on the EFG Hermes app, but the identity verification step is completely broken. Despite following all the steps, the app repeatedly throws errors and fails to complete the verification process. ​For a major financial firm, this digital onboarding flow is embarrassing. Why waste days dealing with a buggy app and unhelpful "try again" support responses when other modern trading platforms are available .

The app is very unstable and frustrating to use. It keeps glitching, closing suddenly, and sometimes completely turns off while I’m using it. This is especially risky for a trading app where timing is important. Performance needs serious improvement — frequent crashes, lag, and unexpected shutdowns make it unreliable. Please fix these issues and improve stability because the current experience is not acceptable for handling investments. I hope the developers address this soon.

I can't even create an account every time i try to register with my phone number,the application sends an error message. I tried emailing customer service, and the message i got was .. TRY AGAIN !!!!!
