इसेवा नेपालकै पहिलो मोबाइल खाता हो । इसेवामा खाता खोली आफ्नै मोबाइलबाट नि:शुल्क आफ्नो मोबाइल रिचार्ज, घरको बिजुली, खानेपानी, टेलिफोन, इन्टरनेट आदिको बिल भुक्तानी गरि मासिक रु ५०० देखि रु २००० सम्म बचत गर्नुहोस् ।

इसेवा कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने ?

इसेवाको App Download गरि Register गर्नुहोस् । यसरी Register गर्दा तपाँईको मोबाइल नम्बर नै तपाँइको इसेवा आइडी हुनेछ ।

इसेवामा पैसा जम्मा गर्न
इसेवामा चार प्रकारबाट सजिलै रकम जम्मा गर्न सकिन्छ:

१. इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत
बैंकको खाताबाट इन्टरनेट वा मोबाइल बैंकिङ मार्फत इसेवामा नि:शुल्क रकम जम्मा गर्नुहोस। मोबाइल/इन्टरनेट बैंकिङ सेवा लिनु भएको छैन भने आजै आफ्नो बैंक को शाखामा गएर सेवा सुरु गराउनुहोस ।

२. काउण्टर डिपोजिट मार्फत
इसेवाका निम्न पार्टनर बैंकबाट इसेवामा काउन्टर डिपोजिट मार्फत रकम लोड गर्न सकिन्छ ।

४. तपाँईले अन्य इसेवा प्रयोगकर्ताबाट इसेवामा पैसा राख्न र पठाउन पनि सक्नुहुन्छ ।

Download eSewa app and click on Register. Your mobile number will be your eSewa ID.

Load fund to eSewa
You can load fund to your eSewa account in 4 different ways:

1. Via Mobile/Internet Banking:
You can load eSewa wallet from your internet/mobile banking without any additional cost from 49 banks. Visit your bank branch if you have not enabled internet banking and mobile banking.

2. Via Counter Deposit:
You can visit nearest branch of below mentioned partner banks for loading fund to your eSewa account via counter deposit:

Ratings and reviews

Esewa is one of best payment wallet of Nepal having multiple features from basic to another level. I liked the UI of the application and the transactions are also smooth and have no problem with that. I suggest one feature that would be very helpful if added in application. Please add option for Changing the phone number, since there is option to add a secondary device but not to change the esewa I'd, I contacted the support but they're on their own problem on that thing.

This app is great but I kinda wished it was greatest. At first everything was fine but suddenly I forgot my password and now when I try to reset it through the code I was supposed to get from the esewa community which I didn't get and it says that my account is temporarily blocked. Forgetting my password was just a minor issue to deal with (I assume )but esewa couldn't help me solve it. I tried getting help but it just doesn't work. I hope through this you all can fix my minor issues.

Very bad service. Very bad customer service. I have tried to contact them for resetting password. Now always I get multiple login temporary lock for 60 min. Even after 60 min I cannot reset password. I tried multiple times I am prompted to send messages. But reply is OTP but when I exit it to type OTP the page goes to login. Also for customer ticket service no OTP has been received by me. 😞 Poor customer service.

What’s new
We update the eSewa app as often as possible to make it faster, more reliable and with added merchants and services for you. Here are some of the enhancements that have been carried out:

-User can now search and find desired product efficiently with our new UI/UX product Menu's as well as better search algorithms.
