Wasn't having any issues with the App until a couple of months ago, then suddenly I've been unable to use it for my last two fuel fill ups! Been unable to get any of the Nectar Card benefits associated with using the App which was the point of me having the App! Very frustrating! 😡 Constantly having problems with this APP NOW! If there was a rating LESS than 1 star I would choose it! Tried using the app again after NOT using it for over a year and the same rubbish keeps happening... NOTHING!😡

Have only just discovered this app and went to use it for the first time and got connectivity error, so was unable to use it and had to end up going into the shop to pay. Kinda defeats the purpose of having the app. Maybe Esso should offer free WiFi to people using the app, which might make it more reliable

The first time using this I had a popup full of Lorem Ipsum dummy text. When I eventually got around to using it at a pump, it got stuck on Fueling so I had to go in and the cashier confirmed a payment went through... not a lot of use if it's always going to be like this.
