worst customer service. can't login to my account. edit: your app created 2 accounts on my same number, so I had to delete 2nd account, and now I am not able to log in with my first account! I already called the customer service, emailed and they just told me the basic things that I already know and can do it myself! so after that they stopped responding.

they are convenient but their pricing plans are a little expensive however you can get on discounted rates for students and people on community services cards. The other issue is the speed most places is the kept to 15 k's an hour which is very slow and ends up costing you more money some places are 25 k an hour but it's still nowhere near as quick as the scooters you can buy from this retail stores

Great 👍 handy, easy and quick to get around. also dont have the hassle of parking meters
