This app is horrible. I lost orders because I couldn't find the location. I have been passing the building for years but goPuff is operating out of the back door of this long block of buildings. It's like the address doesn't exist. Then when I hit start for the directions for the delivery, the platform freezes and the map didn't work at all. I was really upset by this time because it's 2 am. The actual delivery was the easiest part. I won't be working a lot.

If I say I am so much disappointed with this app, I guess I must be underestimating it. Location tracking is a whole different ballgame to deal with. Signal keeps turning yellow or red. Which keeps indicating your location can not be track. Which means you can't be awarded offers. navigation is another crab to deal with. It keeps crashing every time you start gps. Which is so frustrating. Wait times for on demand delivery is super crazy. Don't waist your time with on demand delivery.

Horrible and ungrateful. This app does it best to make people quit. I have worked for GoPuff for 3 months and it has some unbelievable problems and errors. Sometimes it works well but you will constantly be frustrated by certain issues. I try to take most orders that I get offered but I swear that the app consistently pushes me to decline and eventually stop earning any wait pay. I will be sent offers for 5+ miles. When I finish and return, then I get another delivery for 5+ miles. Temporary.
