it's awkward for a first time buyer when you install the app, put items in your cart, go to cart and you are ready to place your order that it diverts you out of the app to your browser to setup payment, then you exit the browser to go back to the app to complete your purchase. I don't think I have ever had to do that with any other app, seller, etc. very clumsy. seems like an app developer doesn't quite know how to do what they need to do.

This app was great now it is just frustrating. I usually order around $15-$20k a month from Grainger now I have to order from other companies because the app and website are so slow or just won't work at all. I just tried to order some materials and I had to log in 4 times then it just stopped working. I don't have time to call orders in. Please fix the issues

This app is terrible! Its extremely slow, has terrible glitching issues, and if you find something online that comes up Granger and click on it the app opens up and does not pull up the item that you clicked on instead it has login issues and takes forever to try and find what you're looking for. for such a large company you would think they would have a better app but this app is completely trash
