Better hope you live next to a competent franchise, because if not, contacting Habit about issues with your order isn't easy - i.e. missing items, overcharging, etc. It's tucked away to just find a way to contact them. Uninstalling & adding to the "reasons to never order food online" list. **updated to 3 stars because Habit Customer Service emailed back & refunded my order. I appreciate that, just wish didn't need to in first place. I will say, food is good. Thanks Habit.

STAY AWAY !!!! Complete Garbage App !!! Hard to use . Totally disconnected from text message and click thru offers that don't add to order. Store ignores orders waiting for pickup after texts sent and didn't add all food items to the bag ordered. Completed order doesn't show in app to show to store ! Uninstalled ! Not going back to that store again ! Burgers were good, but was ripped off with charge and lousy service!

DL app bc of promotion that was advertised on the web page. I fulfilled all the requirements of the promotion: DL app, register, order regular drink to get 1 charburger free there was no promotions attached to my new account. I tried adding a regular drink and charburger, and was charged for both. on top of that, there is no option to order half fries/half sweet potato fries like u can via other merhods. sent a message to support to let them know about the promo hope it's not false advertising
