Dear Support Team, I installed the Haier app and it worked properly for about a week. However, it suddenly disconnected on its own and since then I have been unable to log in. For the past four to five days, I have been trying continuously, but every attempt results in a "login failed" message. I also tried creating a new account, but that option is not working either. I'm getting credits from here every day but it's not giving me the chance to redeem them. The app shows that I can go to the "My Credits" option, I have followed all their instructions, but they're not completing the redemption process continuously for many days. It's just surfing and then it comes back by itself. Amazing scam! Can anyone help me with this? Annoying. Now I see that the map has automatically de-registered on my mobile. they're cheating me.⭕✖️🦠❌🤮🚫🤢🦂👎

Labels / stickers on product says "2 years comprehensive warranty", however on the "product manual (warranty card)" it is mentioned "1 year" only. Also the exact model on the warranty card different. User manual outdated. :( Extended warranty is costly. Electric Phase detector service is no longer available.

Dear Customer, We’d like to clarify that your product is covered under a 2-year comprehensive warranty. The 1-year mentioned in the manual is the standard factory warranty, while the additional 1-year is a promotional warranty applicable to your model.
