I've had the worst experience with this app for the past two months. I couldn't complete any transactions because every time I entered my transaction password, the app logged me out. I uninstalled it and am now trying to register my mobile device after enabling my location. Although I receive the OTP each time, a message keeps popping up saying, "Please turn on your location."

I recently tried to use the Konnect app but had many problems that made it almost impossible to use. Every time I open the app, my phone freezes and stops working. This keeps happening and makes it very hard to use any features of the app. I've tried to fix it by reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but nothing works. It's very frustrating.

Before updating the app, it was working fine. It's been a week since I updated the app and the app is not working. I am unable to open the app. Whenever I click to open the app the mobile hangs nothing works. Very bad, humble request to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have also called the helpline, they are not receiving calls. That's why it deserves 1 star, otherwise it was good.
