Worst customer support ever. Every time I call the helpline, I have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes just to talk to an agent. Extremely frustrating for a premier bank. Fix your helpline response time!

The new interface is just good nothing else. Don't even share receipt, download it or anything else. App shows linking/ delinking option everytime. The helpline don't respond whether you stay on call whole day. worst experience 😠

After the update, I cannot login, the biometric is not working, the password is not working? A good GUI is nothing when functionality is compromised.
