While I have not had any issues with the App working or connectivity, I will say that the app is extremely clunky. to many extra clicks need to be done to do simple task. need to update the form? you have to go away from status, click logs, select the log, select form, then edit the form then save. simple things like that could all be done from the status screen. also when changing to an on duty status, why no drop down list of the most common status change notes. simple things go a long way.

I've had the system for over a year and it has been satisfactory. I would like an alarm or push notification when approaching a violation (for example 15 minutes before a driving violation). Drop downs in the On Duty mode would also be nice (for example fueling, loading, unloading, etc...).

Vincent and Arlvo were very helpful. The eld is by far more complicated to use than any other I have used. Mine was shut off due to not reading a email properly. Then 4 days of arguing with the same lady over proper procedure. Or following the steps. All of which were being done. One person corrected the issue. That was a software issue. Not a driver issue. I feel I met 2 very generous and genuine good people. Would I recommend the system.? No. I am returning today. Not for above reason.
