Great until it stopped working. I lowered the rating. The app now requires you to use a password or biometrics on your lock screen. It says something about increasing the security since hackers could discover your battery usage, and it wants to protect your safety. I don't want to type a password or use biometrics when I pick up the phone. Apps should not dictate how you use your phone.

It's just a gateway to their online store. Totally useless for anything other than reading battery level and 1-6 pulse setting. Good luck getting even that. You have to jump through a three-tiered security check just to get those readings; provided your wifi, cell data, email, and bluetooth are ALL working at the time. Overpriced oxygen concentrator. NOISY concentrator. Worthless app -- unless you are a sales department hellbent on selling more overpriced stuff. (Dissapointed Inogen owner.)

This app definately needs work. Looks like its development was an after-thought. The only information it provides that you can't see on the built-in display is total run hours and how many days since you changed cannula or cleaned the filter. No control function at all. Plus, it tends to loose Bluetooth when changing batteries and, if you change phones, there's no way to disconnect from your old phone . Pass!!
