Device was working fine a few months ago and now it wasn't connected to the internet and refuses to connect. I deleted the device to try to add it again. Now it tells me the network name or password is too long for the device (even though it worked fine before) and still won't connect even after shortening those. This is absolutely ridiculous. And of course they respond with something absolutely useless.

Thank you for reaching out. Please remove the device from the app by clicking the trash icon then reset it by holding the button for 15 seconds. Restart the device by unplugging it & plugging it back in. Reconnect to Wi-Fi using the correct password & ensure SD card is removed before connecting. The app constantly loses connection to both of my fountains. Sometimes, the name and location settings don't save. Other times, the entire bowl disappears from my list of devices. I've deleted and resinstalled the app 4 times on 2 different phones. There is absolutely zero consistency with this app. The only reason why I went with the Instachew bowls was for notifications and low water alerts... which don't work because the bowls never stay connected.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Only leaving a one star review because there is no option for zero stars. The app does not consistently connect with the feeder, and resets the feeding schedule apparently at random. Worse, it reverts "Every Day" scheduled feedings to single-occurence, making the feeder useless if you want to go away for a weekend.
