I can't even get into the app. I'll put my information in and regardless of where I am or what time it is, it will always say either "server is unavailable" or "unable to gather policy information". I can't use the app so I'm always having to log into the website through my computer which takes so much longer then needed.

Very unhappy with the app it continues to work and then stops. Not allowing me to make payment on app which has effect my can possibly now being cancelled. Due to there screw up and server constantly being down. The when trying to call in to speak with someone you have all these options to select.

Downloaded this app and made several attempts to make a payment. Then went online and it didn't accept it there. I ended up calling and they added an extra fee for that. They're crooks.
