App works well for me. It was easy to get connected and I hadn't had any issues. It doesn't always seem to stay connected. Don't know if that is the app or the service to the website. It is a bit of a pain when internet service is down to re-connect the app and thermostat. After the latest app update, the app won't launch on my android phone.

i have had the S1-THXU280w thermostat for 3 years. I just got internet that made it possible to use the app. What a letdown. I can change the temperature on the home screen. I can`t change temperature in the heat/cool settings in the schedules. I`m back where I started using hold length until canceled.The app looks nice but it doesn`t work for what I need. The schedule screen adjustment should be a circle just like home. Use your finger or the arrows for adjustments.

Terrible app. It disconnects all the time. It is very slow to show updated information from my thermostat. A lot of the time I have to change the temperature and settings on my actual thermostat, because the app shows it is doing it, but is not. Very limited features. I can't believe how bad this app is for how expensive the York air conditioning units are. It is frustrating that I am forced into using it.
