Ratings and reviews

Bogus app. Before payment showing much more profile and after the payment only showing the same 40-50 profile again & again since last three months. just their sequence changes. Tried to contact customer care many times but every time an automated system says that "connecting to customer care execute" there after call ends immediately. Want to give ZERO STARS if possible, 3500 Rs totally wasted.

Not working for many days. My network connection is perfectly fine. It still doesn't load any matches on the main page or show anything on my profile section. Nothing. I have tried everything. I have latest update of the app. I tried reinstalling it. still the issue persists

Why was the shortlist feature made visible to the opposit users without taking consent ,it's a violation of privacy. Whole point of keeping a separate list was to keep it to oneself so that he can revisit those profiles. Now it's made available to the next person, that means they already know he is interested. I don't know who adds this logic but this is very poor decision. If this is for mutual interest then why there is a separate option to send a mutual interest 😔
