Constant crashes and problems. Everytime I want to track my car, I have to log out and in for my tracker to show in the system. The app is poorly designed and half the things do not work. I currently can't even properly track my car because the app will crash a few seconds after I open it, log out and in to see my tracker and look at it at the trackers location.

Just bought this device, but as a user said here already, i have the same problem when trying to login in the app. On the web page i managed to login, but i ca't see many things. In most of the fields, when i fill the IMEI number, it sais "nothing to show".... i can only see some coordinates, street names and numbers, but that's everything. I don't think it worth the money. I hope someone from the customer service will answer to my questions by email. By then, 1 star is enough.

After buying an Onntrack device I downloaded this app as described in the manual. However this app needs a LOT of permissions, like taking photos, record the mic, start phone calls and control the flashlight. Why all these permissions are needed while it should only contact the Onntrack server, get the location of your device and put it on a map. No camera or mic needed and definitely not needed for this all to make phone calls. I've contacted Onntrack about this and will wait for their answer. Until then I will not use this app nor their devices. Addendum: after contact with Onntrack I received an extensive and clear description why this Android apps requires these permissions due to Google policy.
