Absolute bunch of cheats. I installed the app in Milan because I arrived very late and wanted food delivered at my hotel. After placing the order and paying for delivery, the food was never delivered, it says shown as 'to be collected'. Why would anybody want an app to collect food? Innumerable calls and mails did not result in anything, Just Eat blamed the restaurant and vice versa. I ended up losing my money and went to bed with an empty stomach!

there is a bug at the check out. As you select a payment method after you typed in a discount code the discount code is dropped but the price is already discounted

They don't release the fiscal receipts, so it's the worst app to order food when you are in a business trip and you need to take the accountability in order to get the reimbursement for you expenses. Additionally, you can't pay in cash. Moreover, I didn't had an accessible way to supervise my order. To wrap it up, this is the worst app to order food among the competitors.
