I have been having problems verifying my account and converting my Naira to dollars. And this has been persistent, I have called customer service and they keep saying I can't upgrade to tier 2 and I should use the default tier but the the thing is I'm unable to do anything, the only possible thing is sending the money back to who sent it.

My experience has been terrible. Almost 2 weeks ago, it wouldn't let me make transfers or withdrawals. I tried to send money & the "continue" button was grayed out & wouldn't let me click it. I also tried to withdraw my balance but it didn't let me. I spoke to customer service but they keep on saying they'll forward it to the tech team but nothing is getting resolved. They are holding my money hostage. I received a email saying they're reviewing my account for no reason.

False advertisement, they say they will transfer within 10 minutes but then hold your money for 3 days. Then when you ask to refund they say they can't as it is already in the process. Their only excuse is they have network downtime with their partners and they are trying to sort it out with them as a priority... but it's all a lie, even the supervisors are unhelpful. I would recommend using tap tap send or remitly. Stay away from this app.
