Download, register, save even more. Lidl Plus is our new rewards app designed to give our customers discounts on the products they love. The service is aimed at consumers, who wish to receive personalised information from Lidl Stiftung about offers and promotions from Lidl Plus and offers, products and services from selected partners and Lidl Companies, which correspond as closely as possible to their interests. The basis for the determination of relevant interests is the purchasing and usage behavior with regard to the products and services of the Lidl companies.

The new coupon page just adds to all the frustration. Splitting the coupons out into two separate areas is an awful idea. It means there are now two places to have ro look to see what offers are available and the existing problem of having to activate coupons and having to juggle conflicting coupons is still there - this was wrongly billed as a solution to that! I still also have to check out and pay 2 or 3 times to avoid 'fee bakery item' being used on the cheapest thing etc.

Since the Euro splash screen was put on the app when I go into the store I use most frequently the app does not work. I either have to restart my phone or remember to go to the store with the app already open then not touch it. My network operator states there is nothing wrong with their transmitter and I don't have this problem in a nearby supermarket that uses the same transmitter. Therefore it is simple to conclude that Lidl have screwed up their app with their sponsorship screen.

Why do we have to "ACTIVATE" a discount? Surely a computer can be programmed to give the discount if the product is on offer like other supermarkets do... It is annoying having to manually do that and a bad customer experience. I only use the app when I want to keep the digital receipt which is a great feature. Please change your software to automatically do the Lidl App discounts... it's 2024 after all.
