Takes way to long, lagging just to open the app., and then more lagging to login. I can open the app., set my phone down and a few minutes later it's still trying to open! Only app on my phone that lags to open and login. Needs more consistency in updates, for sure.

This is an extremely useful, well thought out and user friendly app. I highly recommend this app to any Citizens Bank customer. While there are a few functions I could think of, such as linking the debit card to the account. Having control of the card through the app would be great.

Terrible app, like the bank. Try to make an external transfer and it tells me to add a financial institution because none exists; so I add a financial institution and guess what... That institution already exists! Even though it doesn't and isn't an option! Citizens Bank is a joke, nothing ever works.
