BOOKING PROCESS


Follow these simple steps to book your ride:
1.Tap "Book A Ride" to Start: Initiate the booking process with a single tap.
2.Select Your Ride: Choose the zone you would like to travel in.
3.Select Your Stops: Choose your pick-up and drop-off locations from our list of stops.
4.Review Details and Price: Confirm the journey details and price before tapping "Book Now."
5.Real-Time Confirmation: Wait for confirmation and track the driver's arrival in real-time.
6.Verify Your Ride: Before hopping in, ensure that it's your designated ride.

Ratings and reviews

1. Inaccurate calculation of routes, the route of driver suddenly changed and stopped coming to the nearby pick-up point on the map. 2. System Instability. The route can suddenly be greyed out. The arriving time is confusing and bounced up and down casually. 3. No live user feedback. The passenger can't even interact with the driver to get his updates on the condition. 4. The system guided the driver to the drop-off point rather than my pick-up point, just passed by and had to wait the return

I think the system needs to be reviewed. In the app, it shows that it's your turn to be picked up but when the van arrives, your name is not in the driver's system even though the booking has been accepted and have to wait for another trip? another hour? For example, it says there are 10 stops before your turn to be picked up but even after an hour, it keeps increasing to 15 stops, why does the system keep accepting new orders when it doesn't complete the previous ones? Please improve this.

Use this transportation service only when you have a lot of free time to spare. The ETA is highly inaccurate. The actual ETA is at least 10 minutes more. Worst of all, the ETA can increase after you book, as the number of stops can keep increasing to pick up other passengers. It is cheap, so you get what you pay for.
