Been using this reolink app and nvr setup for the last 6 years. It has been easy to use and reliable. However, the last 3 or 4 months push notifications have been randomly shutting themselves off. I have searched support and see that I am not the only one having this issue. There is still no definitive fix I've found either. Almost entirely defeats the purpose of the setup, especially with the doorbell being a large part of the system.

So many glitches! So hard to deal with. Can't change the sensitivity without deleting the camera and setting it up all over again, and even then it doesn't always work. It changes the push notifications at will. It pops off and online at its discretion. Every new update gives another frustrating glitch to deal with. Not a great set up, but it's what I have. I am looking for other cameras with better reviews. It is unfortunate.

I don't understand the updates... data data data? If anything, it's ruining the app.. and forcing others to change. I believe you can change. The cameras awesome👌 The app needs to go back to whatever version that didn't have these occurring glitches or issues....the version that worked without worries or complaints. This is your app. Please fix it. Once properly working again... The app review and rating will change promptly. Thank you.
