Ratings and reviews

The pin system doesn't work right, you have to constantly input your username and password and get sent a text with a pin to log on, its really a hassle. If set it to use a pin to log on it constantly switches it back to the user name and password and makes you verify again, you are better off using a web browser to access your account.

App occasionally will lock your account saying your password is incorrect even if it is the correct one, and having to call the bank and reset everything is a hassle that you should not have to deal with every 3 or so months super aggravating.

i am loving this option to deposit my checks. since the bank in ridgeway closed, i dont make it to eagleville very often and this is very handy. i just wish ya'll wasnt so super strict concerning nsf's or overdrafts. that makes it hard when this option is not allowed due to having those happen for what ever reason.
