Extremely difficult to use and it locks me out almost every single sign in. I've spent hours with bank employees on the phone and in person trying to fix the problems. Before that big overhaul it worked great. Ever since it's been nothing but problem after problem that no one can seem to figure out. Terrible app. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's easier and simpler to go in and get printouts in person.

Functional, but the testing phase was pretty incomplete. Weird warnings about enabling fingerprint every time I log in that lead you to think you can not get in. 3 mistyped passwords over a 3 year span still locks you out as if you were a hacker. But that is a carryover from the last system. The plus button is not intuitive. There are a couple more... I have no problem navigating these pitfalls because I previously worked in testing, but I feel bad for elderly customers.

The app has the appropriate functions that it needs. However it chronically forgets your username and password which is tedious. When you need to switch between pages it requests for you to put in your password again with no autofill on Android. It also is notorious for claiming you tried multiple times with only one attempt and getting locked out and having to call in and get reset.
