One can select the amount of time you have for meditation. The voices of the presenters are soothing and pleasant to listen to. They gently lead me through the meditation, aiding me in going deeper into the experience. While I have been practicing for a year, I have done so on my own and found my mind often wanders. Sometimes I have felt, while not a waste of time, a time not as well spent as it could be. By following the presenter's lead, I feel I was able to maintain focus much better.

I love all the subject points that can meet you where you are on a daily basis. I am new to meditation, although I have tried multiple times in the past. The leaders here are clear and give great guidance through meditation. I also love the time slots you can choose from 5 ,10, 15 min and beyond. I started with 5 min at first just to settle into the routine in a gentle way.

I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I feel like I'm missing something essential. I think that's probably user error though. Voices are soothing and courses are well laid out. A lot of the sessions are customizable in length. The talks all seem intuitive and well grounded. Still feel like I'm missing something. I can never keep my mind from wandering. Only reason the app lost a star its because I've completed one course and it still keeps telling me to finish it.
