Proximity Sensor Reset (+Overrider service) App Re-Calibrate your Android device's Proximity sensor configuration; if you have troubles like black screen during a calls or issue using any other application that require the Proximity sensor, this app can help you by calibrating the sensor values in few easy steps.

NEW: on Version 3, Proximity Sensor reset App is now merged with ProxLight Overrider Service App, so now you'll get a new free feature that provide you an override service to force using the Proximity sensor, also you with the new ProxLight service you can use the Light sensor as a Proximity sensor as a workaround solution for those who has a hardware issue.

Important: Please note that this App will try to fix/reset the software problems only, IF you have a hardware sensor issue no app can fix it, you need a hardware repair, so this app might seems useless for you in this case, please consider that before give us bad reviews.
(This app is designed for Rooted devices, and will only try to update and the sensor values in the Sensor's configuration file for certain android versions.)

My Motorola G Play would often turn a black screen when I was calling or receiving phone calls or WhatsApp calls. Then I had no control of my phone in this time - not even the power button - all I could do was wait for the other person or machine to hang up, or I could pull out my battery. This PS app work immediately and was very simple to use. Thanks! Your optional questions buttons don't work. I can't say yes to them.

Omg it worked! My OnePlus 7 Pro screen would stay off during calls and I couldn't access the keypad or hang up. After trying nearly everything, this worked! Root is NOT required, and I didn't have to pay anything. Just a couple quick ads. Thank you dev!

One may not see what differences it could make if the case is just a minor issue. Where as, ordinary repair apps may do so. On the other hand, one must know what stages of procedure must be taken at first. To begin with, see to it that the device brightness is set to automatic. Otherwise someone else is much needed to calibrate itself brain prior before anything goes beyond. 😎
