definitely not happy when I order for 6 people and almost 1 hour later (knowing we are employees and only get 1 hour for a lunch break ), the customer support calls us to say that our order is not on the menue!?!!?? and he just does not want us to wait longer, so he decided to advise us to cancel!!!!! 1 hour after he called and confirmed the order!!!!! well, thank you for the worst experience ever.🙂

too many bugs with the delivery address and login process

It's good to see a tunisian app competing in the food delivery market it has some issues 1- the bottoms doesn't work unless you press them many times and the app is kinda lagging 2- unlike other competitors, this app doesn't show where the delivery driver is in the moment and doesn't tell you when or if the food is picked up and on the route 3- the theme of the app should be enhanced it's not that attractive Good luck 🍀
