I am extremely frustrated with the Secure Folder feature.This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with your device. Despite reaching out previously, I have received no effective support.For the third time now, I am unable to transfer files from the Secure Folder to the main Files folder. The option "Transfer from Secure Folder" shows no files at all, making the app unusable.This is inconvenient since Secure Folder is supposed to be a critical feature for data privacy and management.

This app is very disappointing. I am entering the correct password for the Secure Folder, but it still does not open. There is also no option to unlock with fingerprint. I have very important data inside, and now I am unable to access it. This is a serious issue and makes the app completely unreliable. Please fix this problem immediately.

I have a solution for the secure folder file transfer problem. you just go to the file manager. select your file and click the share button. now select the files app of the host mobile. it will transfer your file to the host mobile. it's not a review. it is a solution. there is no options to give reply! so, I do this! I hope this will help to!
