App not working. Lock screen and return to menu page. Useless app!!!! After many install/uninstall attempts, I still can not use the app It hangs the phone and return to menu screen after some minutes. Still a useless app. Only good for the dustbin!!!!

The new MyDstv app is so annoying and frustrating . Nothing works . I tried entering a competition on the rewards platform but nothing works. The advert showing on TV about winning the trip to Sun City is nowhere to be found on the new app .It's strange that the new app is out there and the advert on TV, shows on the old app. You have gone from bad to worse on a serious note. Please get your act together otherwise you are going to lose much more subscribers.

It doesn't open at all.. im paying for netflix through dstv but netflix wants me to pay again.. I had the same issue with showmax didn't have it but paid it for months through my DStv.... Call centre is useless. Even though speaking and spending over 45 min on a call with them.. promise me everything is sorted and fine now... TWICE.... guess what nooooooooo still not.. I can't even get in.. just saying something new has arrived...... What. Whats new... I can't get in to... Get my statements
