I have been unable to use this app to make payments for more than 6 months now. Sometimes they debit me and it doesn't go through, or I get one error message or the other. I started using the ussd from app and initially that worked but in the last 2 months it debits me but my payment does not reflect so I had to go to their office to pay again and then had a lot of back and forth from the bank and multichoice to get a refund. I can see it's same complaint others have but I guess you don't care.

Great App. I can manage every issue from home. Even better payment system with in a minute. I think it's better to use this App rather than calling customer care. Fix some system errors.

I'm not satisfied with this app at all. For over 1 hour, the app has been loading... non-stop, and i'm unable to make payments.I have two different decoders.one is still active, and the other is suspended. I've been trying to make payments, but the app keeps showing the one that is active. So I had to call customer care, and they told me to log out and log in...I'm still waiting for the app to stop loading so I could log out but to no avail.
