New Update Failed Miserably. I have tried to record a small video various times (((7 to be exact))), and it will not send. I have also tried to send pictures, and it won't open the option to choose a picture. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is still not helping me at all. I was also charged $18 for a call that froze once it connected, which is total bs!

It's necessary if you have anyone locked up to download this app .Although I've had some trouble using it . I found it nerve-racking when trying to add someone new. I also don't like how your text messages can only be 200 letters not words in order to send them .

Garbage app. Logins don't work on cellphone. can only log in, sometimes, on desktop but there's no ability to text or call from there that I can see. Absolute incompetence from lazy developers who work to dehumanize inmates and make communication near impossible.
