UI has been changed with the update and can't login using fingerprint. I didn't remember the password and when i use forgot password it has an option to reset using ATM card. but when after entering the details it says wrong information. currently i'm in overseas an can't login to the system. Can't accept this type of service from the professional bank.

Can't even open this app. What the hell? Just noticed that this app wants USB Debugging switched "off". Not acceptable at all. I'm using other banking apps as well and they work just fine with USB Debugging switched "on". - 2025/Nov/30 - After 4 years it's still the same. Even though the USB Debugging is off the app is still not accessible. What's the point of blocking device features for the sake of using a silly app?

With the new app, there is no longer a an easy way to settle credit card balances. Further, somehow I can't view my cards. Christmas is more than a month away, but NDB had decided to add snowfall animation throughout the app which is highly distracting. Highly not recommended, definitely not next generation banking. Perhaps 2 generations ago.
