Place your modem and range extender in the same place or cabin at home or at work.

The extender device must have an uninterrupted power supply.

App is programmed to scan you. Luckily I don't have a phone number on the current phone I'm using, but it keeps stopping at 83% saying there was an error and that I HAVE to call somebody for guidance. Yet, the nighthawk app connected all the way

Does not work at all. I only have a router and it won't let you skip the step that says plug modem into router. Worthless app Wich makes my $100 wifi extender worthless

When the connection failed the next option was to call for tech support. That support asks for access to your computer and tries to sell you driver software. This is a scam.
