Ratings and reviews

There are Major errors within the app. Nice app but glitchy. Two examples: 1000 Perk points is $5 but 5000 perk points is only $10. Also, when the app opens, it requests an update even though it has been updated. If you do not select Update, you have to go through two pages of signing in. If you select update, it doesn't update but skips the sign in all together giving anyone access to your account.

Returning donors are being forced to download this new app and won't be able to use the good app. You are being told to either create a new account or reset your password which you cannot because in both cases it gives an error message saying that "account not found" When resetting the password it says that "account not found" because it cannot send you the code to your email address. The call center cannot help you either.

Broken. Transaction history is not accurate. Payment amounts displayed are seemingly random and it does not display withdrawals. The list showing your donation history is ugly and cut off even when you tap on it, rendering your donation history past your most recent few inaccessible. The payment calculator no longer tells you the criteria for each tier and the new graphic is cut off on the side, but is scrollable for some reason. App is not fit for purpose, broken in unimagined, shocking ways.
