Thank goodness for an excellent help team! I just about gave up on this eSIM; after numerous tries and doubling back several times over the instructions several times, I just couldn't get it to work. But the help team were amazing, and persisted in working on the problem, even though all I was trying to do was access a free trial offer. They've won me over, though, because it's working well now. And it will definitely be my go-to eSIM next time I'm travelling.

brilliant company and amazing service as I was struggling to activate my esim and I just downloaded the Kolet app and agent was there to support me and stayed with me and we checked together once it's activated 100% recommended. I worked on a customer facing role so I know how important to have a right support at a right time it's brilliant 10/10

A good one. Was initially slow, worked like a 2G after leaving the airport, hence I add to get a temporary SIM which was even worse. Turned it back on and had a better download speed.
