Turn every screen into a TV with the Optimum app, designed for Optimum Video subscribers. Enjoy your favorite live TV while on the go plus, manage your DVR recordings and browse our extensive On Demand library from any room in your home, all on the app.

Sleek new interface and easier content discovery.

Watch:
• Watch Live TV and browse your your entire TV guide and channel lineup
• Browse and access our On Demand library directly from the app
• With the TV to GO feature, watch programs from top networks anytime, anywhere
• Use the picture in picture video player to watch content while browsing other sections of the Optimum app or multitasking on your device

Record:
• Schedule and manage your Cloud DVR recordings
• View your scheduled and recorded lists
• Manage scheduled and recorded programs

Control:
• Use your device as a virtual remote control for your Optimum TV box
• Voice search for content by actor, director, title, genre or keyword
• Set up parental controls to restrict what your child can watch through the Optimum app
• Turn on features like Closed Captioning and SAP

Requirements:
• Available content and features are based on your current programming package and premium service. Not all content is available to stream at this time.
• An Optimum ID and Password
• A WiFi or internet connection. Some features only available while connected to Optimum Internet at home

I had to reinstall this app to company app changes. I have tried countless times to use my same sign in info, of course not. So I started the process to change password etc. Got as far a confirming password and, nope, keeps saying you've used that, ( noooo) must match, double triple checked. Changed passwords to see, not going thru. This should not be so hard. I'm not a techy, but come on, pathetic,frustrating and ready to just cancel the terrible stuff I'm paying for anyway

very finicky app. doesn't always open, loses connection in the middle of watching a show, can't watch programs you have recorded on the DVR, craps out way too often. it used to be better when you could watch it on a PC but they stopped that also. their TV to GO app also isn't that great. you would think that a company like Cablevision/ Optimum with the millions that they make, would have all this ironed out!

Can't log in. I can log into the website fine. I get an error message from the app saying they're having trouble & can't log in right now. From the reviews, I can see I'm not the only one having this issue, it's an ongoing issue for a while, & y'all aren't concerned with fixing anything. I can also see from the reviews that I'm not missing out on anything either by not being able to use the app. Reviews are overwhelmingly bad. Y'all don't seem concerned about it beyond sending a form message.
