Frustrating App. When ordering, you need to go thru multiple screens to customize food options then it returns to the original order. More confusing if you edit the order so best to cancel and start over. When paying, no option for Google Pay so you'll have to enter your CC number. Finally, no option to eat in. It's paper bag to go only. Tried to avoid long line but took longer to use this app. It's an app that needs a lot of polishing for sure...

Crashes often. In addition, despite having terrific food, Mendocino seems to have the worst processes in the industry and the app keeps that tradition going. The app will give an estimated time of preparation, but then after the order is placed, the estimate often doubles, sometimes up to an hour. If I show up ahead of time I see no one waiting and no real reason for the mega time extension.

Deal added to app/account and the location had no idea how to redeem it. In fact, it seems that the app is totally disconnected from the stores other than being able to order, but much easier to just order at the counter. No loyalty tracking of purchases, and the deals don't work, so why even use the app?
